Refund policy

My commitment is to serving you and having you be a happy customer.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange,

1) Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2) You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3) You will be responsible for return shipping costs. 

4) Refund will be given as soon as we receive your returned order.

5) Exchange will be made as soon as we receive your returned order. You will required to pay the difference on the item being exchanged, along with the additional postage charges to ship your exchanged item to you

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is broken during shipping, the item is covered for up to $100.00 Canadian. We respectfully ask you discuss this with the carrier service used.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Or Reach out, and I will help you through it.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
