Our tribute design not only stands out above the rest, they stand out much better on tinted windows as a result of stacking the Red dress or hand design on a white vinyl overlay. The vinyl we use is commercial grade. It is glossy, waterproof, durable, fade-proof and permanent. But Can be removed if necessary. The MMIW campaign is very important and requires exposure.
